What are your hours of operation?
Our locations are open Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We offer Open Access hours for new clients, which vary by location and age group.
Your first visit may take approximately 3-4 hours to ensure we serve you well.

If you are experiencing a mental health or behavioral health crisis, please call 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
If you need immediate assistance, contact your local emergency services.
You may also visit one of our locations during crisis hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM), and our team will assist you.
What do I need to bring to my first visit?
Please bring the following items (if applicable):
- Photo ID
- Insurance card
- Proof of income
- Custody paperwork (for youth, if applicable)
- Proof of address (if different than listed on ID)
- Power of Attorney (POA) or guardianship documentation
If you are unsure what to bring, feel free to call ahead and our staff will assist you.
Do you accept insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicaid and Medicare.
We also offer a sliding scale fee for eligible clients, which adjusts the cost of services based on household income. Payment plans are available, and we are committed to working with clients to ensure care is accessible.

New clients should attend during designated Open Access hours listed above. If those times do not work for you, please call your local office to discuss scheduling options.

Yes. We offer women’s health services as part of our primary care offerings. Please note that patients may be referred to an OB provider after a certain point in pregnancy. Contact us for the most current guidance.
